About Us
P2 BIM Services was founded in April 2026 by Patrick, a seasoned electrical design and BIM professional with over four decades of hands-on industry experience. His journey began at just 16 years old, working summers and weekends for his uncle’s electrical contracting company, HBR Electric. It was there that he discovered a passion for electrical work that would shape the course of his career.
While studying electrical engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology, Patrick balanced academics with real-world experience, working as a co-op at Automatic Switch Company and spending three years as a CAD Operator for PSEG Energy Technologies. These early opportunities laid the foundation for his technical expertise and introduced him to the world of electrical design.
Patrick continued to build his skills at Triad Consulting Engineers, where he spent six years refining his craft as a CAD Operator. He later joined Clive Samuels & Associates, advancing to Senior Electrical Designer and playing a key leadership role in BIM adoption as a Revit Coordinator and co-chair of the firm’s Revit Implementation Committee.
Following his time there, Patrick brought his expertise to Energy Squared as a BIM Manager and Senior Electrical Designer, and then to Rock Brook Consulting, where he spent a decade as a Senior Electrical Designer and Electrical BIM Lead. His contributions significantly shaped and expanded their Revit capabilities.
In August 2024, Patrick transitioned from design into construction-focused BIM, joining Alpha Infinity as the Electrical VDC Lead. There, he led electrical VDC efforts across projects and staff augmentation initiatives, further strengthening his connection to the contractor side of the industry.
Recognizing a need for high-quality, cost-effective BIM services tailored specifically to electrical contractors, Patrick founded P2 BIM Services. Today, the company is dedicated to delivering precise, efficient, and practical BIM solutions backed by decades of real-world experience, technical leadership, and a deep understanding of the electrical construction process.
